Mark G. Ryan
Mr. Ryan the company's co-founder and visionary, serves as the company's president and CEO. Mr. Ryan has successfully brought the Safe Shopping Network through its early stages to a position of profitability and expansion. His significant background consists of founding the first affiliate tracking company (Gold Rush Affiliate Tracking Systems) which sparked the affiliate network industry and the CPA advertising standard. In 1998 Gold Rush ATS merged with Commission Junction (CJ.COM) which then become the leading pay-for-performance advertising network on the web. The company serves billions of impressions monthly, ranking it among the largest ad networks in the world. Clients include leading online marketers eBay, Capital One, Global Sports, MSN® and USA TODAY. The Internet affiliate/CPA industry Mark helped to create has a projected value of 28 billion dollars by 2003. With VPC Network, Inc. (an expansion on Safe Shopping Network, Mr. Ryan is even aiming higher to create his own industry and provide multiple services focused around the value-per-click standard of advertising.

Dr. John M. Ryan
Dr. Ryan has recently joined VPC Network from Intel and is one of the company's co-founders and serves as the COO and Senior Vice President of Test Technology. Dr. Ryan's extensive background in statistics, network controlled quality and highly efficient flow systems led to his development of the company's Internet based across-the-web test technologies. Dr. Ryan has previously held a number of international management positions with Intel, Seagate Technology and Read-Rite Corporation and as a private consultant where he has developed and implemented world-class manufacturing and quality systems throughout Asia. Dr. Ryan is a frequent contributing author having published pieces in several quality, factory of the future and software journals.

Steve E. Grah
Mr. Grah is the company’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales having also come from Intel where he managed major global accounts including Nortel, Ericsson, Lucent, Nokia and Marconi. Prior to his Intel experience, Mr. Grah worked with Isera Group as the Director of Sales and Marketing where revenue increased 140% in a single year and doubled again a year later. He also served as KRPrecision’s Director of Sales and Marketing in Bangkok, Thailand where he played an integral part in the company’s IPO process. His experience with developing and managing large dispersed sales strategies and the groups responsible for implementing those strategies is of key importance to VPC Network and Safe Shopping Network's future.
